Shipping and Return Policies

 

30-Day Money Back Guarantee

 

When a product is purchased from elevatedmechanics.com under a 30-Day Guarantee and you wish to return the item, you must initiate a return claim by emailing support@elevatedmechanics.com with a subject line reading: "30 Day Return." You must include your order number in the email.

Please include a reason for your return if you can. It does not matter why you wish to return the product during this period, we ask for a reason so we can better understand our customer's needs and how to improve upon our products and services. Please note you are not required to provide a reason if the product has a 30-Day Guarantee. 

 

For 30-Day Guarantee returns, elevatedmechanics.com will pay a USPS First Class return shipping fee. Any other method used to return the product will not be paid by elevatedmechanics.com and will be the sole responsibility of the customer returning the product.

 

A procedure for mailing the product back to elevatedmechanics.com will be issued via email upon receipt of email from the customer wishing to return said product.

Items returned to elevatedmechanics.com must NOT be damaged. If the item is damaged, a refund will not be processed and elevatedmechanics.com will return said item to you and charge you for the additional shipping.

 

General Returns

 

Any return on an item that is not under a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee must be processed within 5 Business Days of said item's delivery date. Items returned to elevatedmechanics.com must not be damaged. If items are damaged, elevatedmechanics.com will return said items to you and charge you for return shipping. Refunds will not be issued for returned items which are damaged. Customer is responsible for return shipping.

 

Refund Policy

 

All items returned to Elevatedmechanics.com must not be damaged in order to receive a refund. We do not provide refunds for items which have been damaged in any way. If an item is eligible for a refund, the refund will be processed after elevatedmechanics.com receives said item and has confirmed its eligibility for a refund.

 

Refunds which are issued may take up to 10 business days to process in the customer's account.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

 

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

 

ElevatedMechanics.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Damages

 

ElevatedMechanics.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
